I’m definitely a watch guy, but since Garmin started getting notifications on the watch, I wear my Forerunner 935 all the time. I’d have a hard time giving up the notifications.

That said, you have an incredibly classy watch that I envy.

Hah. I took a few years off from actually tracking/pacing my runs and discovered how...retro...my Garmin is at the start of my marathon last week. (We’ll just ignore the fact that it couldn’t even find satellites at the start so I didn’t end up using it for the race).

The watches actually hit on my running / gadget / watch interests at the same time. The only problem is now I want a 945 or Fenix 6 (which I d efinitely don’t need).

I truly had no idea how far they had come. My Garmin is  a base model from 2014! I’m debating an Apple Watch now and might snag a 4 if they get cheap enough next week. Or not.
